Fresh Apple, Carrot, Celery and Ginger Juice

Today I whipped up a fresh apple, carrot, celery and ginger juice and let me tell you, it's delicious! This is one of my favorite juices to make each week. It sounds a little strange, right? You've got two sweet ingredients with two more 'earthy' ingredients, but it works so well! If you're not the biggest fan of celery or ginger, you can't even taste it ( and I used 5 stalks!)  I typically add a little chunk of ginger depending on my mood. Since spring is in full swing and pollen is everywhere (hello watery eyes and endless sneezes!) the ginger really helps open up your sinuses.

1 apple, sliced 5 celery stalks 3 carrots 1/3" ginger

Slowly add each ingredient starting with the apple into your juicer. Make sure when you add the ginger to add in something behind it, this will help push out all its juice.

Pour into a glass with ice and you're done!

I'm getting into a nice habit where on Sundays I make enough juices and smoothies to last me for at least a week. That way when I'm rushing out the door to work, I can grab one and make sure that I'm starting my day off right. Plus carrots, apples and ginger hold some really powerful vitamins and antioxidants that are great for our bodies.

I hope everyone has a wonderful Monday! I'm sure this juice will do just the trick!

Would you make this juice? Tell me in the comments!
