Most Instagrammable Spots in Charleston

Over the last 4 years living in Charleston, it's incredible to think that I live in one of the country's most beautiful spots. It's such a blessing and I'm so thankful that I moved here all those years ago! It's honestly shocking that I haven't already done a post about the most Instagrammable spots around town but hey, better late than never!

Today I'm rounding up some of my favorite spots around town to take the most gorgeous photos for Instagram. Trust me, these are going to make all your friends envious and want to promptly come visit!

The Darling Oyster Bar

The Darling Oyster Bar is one of my personal favorites in Charleston for all things oysters and cocktails! Sit at their raw bar and watch their shuckers in action while you sip on a delicious cocktail while watching people walk down King Street. Their oysters are delightful and are both sourced locally and nationally.

Goat Sheep Cow

Nothing beats a delicious charcheutrie board! Goat Sheep Cow has a full menu of delicious cheeses, wine, and coffee. Located in two locations, you can get your cheese fix either in their downtown location off of Broad Street or take a short journey to the neck of the peninsula where you'll find other great restaurants right around the corner like Edmund's Oast, Lewis' BBQ, and Butcher & Bee.

Rainbow Row

Easily one of the most historical locations in Charleston, Rainbow Row is one of the most breathtaking areas in town. Full of Southern charm and delightfully colored buildings, Rainbow Row will instantly brighten up your feed!

This gorgeous boutique hotel has only recently opened but has quickly become a local favorite! It's simple yet modern design is stunning and you can't take a bad picture inside or outside the home! Each room is totally unique and the classic double porches welcome you to relax as you gaze out into the private gardens.

Hampton Park

Easily one of the most tranquil places in Charleston, Hampton Park is full of ancient oak trees and walking trails that have existed since 1906. Every inch of this 60-acre park is full of beautiful locations for pictures, picnics, or simply a quick snooze in the park. If it's a sunny day, don't be surprised to see running clubs, weddings, engagement pictures, or birthday parties happening around the park grounds!

Sugar Bake Shop

If you've got a sweet tooth, look no further than Sugar Bake Shop! A Charleston staple, they recently celebrated their 10th anniversary, this delightful bake shop has amazing cupcakes and cookies as big as your face! Take a picture in front of their adorable storefront, or snack on some sweets in their private courtyard adjacent to the store.

Boone Hall

One of the most well known locals in Charleston, Boone Hall Plantation is the backdrop for everyone's favorite cry-fest movie, The Notebook! Tour the spacious grounds and learn about Charleston's plantation history (yes, the good and the bad). Stay for an oyster roast festival or stop by their farmer's market to enjoy freshly picked vegetables. If you're visiting in the fall, make sure to stop by their pumpkin patch for some seriously adorable photos!

Tradd Street

One of my personal favorite streets in Charleston, Tradd Street! This darling side street down from Rainbow Road is full of colorful doors and homes, quiet surroundings, and extremely photogenic areas. Take a stroll down this street and you can't help but be amazed!

Charleston has so many beautiful spots, it's hard to choose the best ones to take pictures for Instagram! What are some of your favorite spots around town? Are you planning a trip to Charleston soon? I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments, below!
