SUNO X Hampden

IMG_1956 What better way to kick off the weekend than with an exclusive look at Suno x Hampden's new collaboration? Absolutely nothing! Last Friday night, myself and a few girlfriends donned our favorite looks and headed to Hampden on King Street where Suno was displaying their latest collection as well as some exclusive pieces designed for Hampden. And my goodness, was it amazing! The whole evening was full of good music, delicious drinks, and even better dressed people. Hello style stalking!

Instead of using traditional mannequins, Suno opted to use live models to display their clothing. At first it was difficult to tell if they were live or not! Personally, I prefer designers using live models during their trunks shows. It's so difficult to see whether or not a particular piece would look good on you when using mannequins. Most of the girls were my height and build so it was easy to see how each piece would look on my own body, and how to style it.

Other designers included in the evening was jewelry from Croghan's Jewel Box. These necklaces featured above were quite possibly my favorite accessories from the evening. I loved the bold yet simple colors they chose for their collection. Perfect for spring! Especially that clutch!

On the adjoining side of the store is the sister store, James, which features gorgeous handbags, jewelry, shoes, and my favorite, hats! Although James is not as large as the Hampden store, it still feels spacious and packed full of goodies that it's hard not to walk away with a few pair of shoes.

What do you think of the collection? You can check out the entire collection here and pick up a few in store too. Make sure to stop at Hampden and James on King Street during your next shopping trip. They're definitely worth stopping at!
