Welcome to the Jungle

"Welcome to the jungle, we got fun and games. We got everything you want honey, we know the names. We are the people that can find whatever you may need if you got the money honey we got your disease."

Y'all, this is seriously going to sound bizarre, but I'm a HUGE fan of Guns n' Roses. No joke! P and I joke that Guns n' Roses are the foundation of our relationship but in a weird way, they are. We sing their songs to each other, make up dumb jokes about it, and on our anniversary last year, our favorite hole in the wall bar played their entire greatest hits album.

So, you could say we kind of love Guns n' Roses and we have no shame.

So it's only fitting that while wearing a jungle printed romper, Welcome to the Jungle, is playing in my head the entire time. Which was really hard to not bust out into song the entire time we took these pictures (you're welcome, Larry!).

But let's get real here y'all. This romper is the bees knees. I've worn rompers nonstop this summer and I'm loving it. It's so easy to just throw on and honestly, it's more comfortable than a dress these days. Although, the weather is significantly cooler right now (is that fall I see around the corner?!) I feel like rompers give me more freedom and comfort than a dress. Plus, you just can't hate on a romper!

Rompers are the foundation of a good wardrobe here in Charleston. I can throw one on for work (with a cardigan or kimono, of course), running to brunch with friends, or even to the beach. Rompers are life and even men are getting on board with it too!

Which side bar, I'm a total fan of the romphims that are popping up!

It's so easy to style a romper as well. With other clothing, I feel like there's more effort involved. Nowadays, I'm so busy and exhausted that all I want to do is throw on one item and call it a day! Just throw on a super cute necklace and heels and call it a day.

Now that's my kind of outfit right now.

Life is getting pretty hectic these days as we ramp up for another round of traveling but we also have very exciting news coming soon! I don't want to give anything away just yet, but we're making a large purchase and I couldn't be happier about this! You know that warm, fuzzy feeling that makes you feel like you're glowing?

Yeah, that's how we're feeling right now.

What's your favorite lazy girl outfit? Because let's be real, rompers are the total epitome of a lazy girl outfit and I'm totally down with that. Let me know in the comments below!
