What to Wear: Thanksgiving
Can you believe that Thanksgiving is this week?! I cannot believe how fast this year has flown past and the holidays are among us once again. We just had our annual Friendsgiving tradition it was so much fun bringing everyone together near and far for one night of good food, laugh, and fun.
Like most of you, I struggle every year with what to wear for Thanksgiving. I want to look cute but not wear anything too tight and will make it feel uncomfortable later on. Because let's be honest, I will be eating everything in sight! So we see the dilemma here? To make things incredibly easy, I've rounded up my favorite outfits to wear on Thanksgiving! Each outfit is cute and comfortable and will make everyone at the dinner table ask, "where'd you get that?!"
Simple and Cute
Keep things casual and cute with your family this year by wearing some slimming black jeans and an oversize sweater. Not only will it help cover up your food baby but it's the perfect outfit to relax with family and enjoy the festivities. If you're heading somewhere cooler, this chunky knit sweater will help keep you warm while you play a fun round of football outside, or if you're like me, relaxing by the fire with my favorite family members chatting over wine!
Classic and Traditional
If you're attending a Thanksgiving dinner that requires a little more formal clothing, this adorable lace dress is the perfect solution! Top it off with some nude heels and a cute clutch to make it one picture perfect outfit. Even better, you can dance the holidays away by wearing this to holiday parties and outings with friends throughout the season.
Laid Back and Cool
As much as I love to dress up, sometimes I just want to throw on loose clothing to chow down in! 'Cause we all know we're all about to have some serious food babies. Take your comfort level style up a notch by wearing loosely fitted joggers with a fun t-shirt and a bomber jacket. Really up the anty with this outfit by adding a fun pair of gold heeled shoes. I'm seriously lusting over those heels and I know they'll be in my cart on Black Friday!
I hope everyone has a wonderful Thanksgiving! What's your favorite type of outfit to wear? Let me know in the comments below!
