Since we're back home from traveling so much, I've been on a super health kick lately to shed those excess pounds from eating/drinking over the past couple of months. I try to run a few times a week but even that's not cutting it for me lately! I'm already a vegetarian but I try to strive and eat as cleans as possible and by cooking my meals at home, I've found that its more attainable than by eating out at "healthy" restaurants. One thing I'm trying to eliminate from my diet is excess sugar. It's everywhere and it's so hard to combat it! But every now and then I get that sweet tooth craving and I'm scrambling to find something sweet to eat.
